Meet Miss Aimmey - a make up artist & hair stylist from Melbourne who lives & breathes makeup. I was commissioned by Miss Aimmey to create a cute, whimsical & playful lady to represent everything that encapsulates beauty and all things lovely. I really enjoyed brainstorming the ideas and working with Aimmey to get everything just right for her. This is my entry into the KIT design awards competition - I'm not usually one to enter these popularity contests but I have never designed a packaging label for a cosmetics company and thought this would be a good way to start. Mambo Goddess in Yen Magazine

Hello! How is everyone?

Yesterday was my birthday, amongst all the lovely things I received I decided to treat myself to a bunch of magazines, as I was flicking through Yen Magazine I noticed my name in the Mambo ad, which was a nice surprise being alongside an awesome lineup of artists. The fierce lady is illustrated by the super talented Kelly Smith. I've recently been working on a lot more pattern work and these are some sneak peeks for you below!
